Compotite Linear Drain ABS Cut & Cap

Installation Requirements

Install using Compotite Weld-Tite Multi-Purpose Solvent Cement.

1. Determine the desired rough length of the drain body including the extra 2” for the flange on each end of the drain.  (ie. a 32“ drain body has a rough length of 34”)
2. Mark the drain 1” short of desired rough length (if desired length is 24”, cut the drain to 23”)
3. Turn the drain body flange down and cut the drain with a  chop saw or other tool to the desired length
4. Apply ABS-ABS solvent cement to the edges of both the  Cut and Cap and Drain Body to be bonded
5. Snap the Cut and Cap firmly in place for a watertight seal
